The Process
Home renovations without the headache. We make them seamless.
Once we’ve received your inquiry we’ll be in touch within 24hrs, looking to schedule a meeting with one of our designers.
We love doing these face-to-face either by video-call or in person*, or simply by phone - whichever best suits you and your schedule.
In the session we will discuss and document your vision, before coming back to you with initial quotations to bring it to life.
If time and resources allow, we encourage clients to send dimensions, imagery of any design references they’re particularly drawn to ahead of the session for us to digest.
*We offer initial in-person visits within East Sussex.
This is the bit we love, unpacking all of your requirements from our chat and putting them into bespoke visuals in the form of 3D cad designs, drawn up by our expert cabinetry designers.
All our designs balance big-picture thinking with thoughtful detailing – from spatial designs that complement the flow of busy lives, to personalised tailoring that celebrate favoured possessions.
Each decision we take is designed to complement the day-to-day, by making everyday that little bit easier to navigate.
Once ready, we will present designs to you in a collaborative session to take on board feedback. We’ll also use the session to discuss the key topics, below:
Materials
We use thoughtful material choices to improve our designs. We’ll either bring or deliver relevant material samples (some of which you’ll have seen before, and some surprises you might not have thought of) ahead of the session to touch, light-test and discuss.
Personalisation
Our designs are completely bespoke, reducing limitations. We use a portion of the session to discuss tailoring cupboards and layouts to match your personal needs – whether it be a specific vase, pan-set or item of clothing you wish to access or celebrate.
Appliances
We cater for a number of high-quality brands and are happy to recommend those that are best suited from a design and functionality perspective. Each appliance will be integrated seamlessly, with no cables in sight.
Once fully aligned, we’ll present back final drawings ready for you to sign-off and start getting excited about. This stage includes up to two rounds of consolidated amends.
Working to 0.1 millimetre tolerances, every millimetre is scrutinised throughout the production process.
We carefully select locally sourced timbers (from our trusted forest managers), and use only the best quality sheet materials - whether birch plywood or high-quality MDF.
Once cut and milled, we finish every part by hand. Using only water-based (low VOC) paints, or stains / oils derived from natural ingredients - safer for you and more environmentally friendly for our planet.
The only off-the-shelf items we purchase is for our lighting, hardware & appliances - all from trusted suppliers, ensuing they meet the high standards we set.
We can deliver our products nationally, or if you're located within East Sussex, we can arrange and schedule in tried-and-tested, expert fitters – each as perfectionist as we are.
Every item will be carefully eco-packaged and will be delivered to your home by one of our trusted drivers.
But it doesn't end there. As our products are largely timber-based, we will provide you a care package, and supplying maintenance tips to keep your storage solutions looking as fresh as they did on day one.
